Is this program only for people in Texas?
No. Networth Builders Academy is a national real estate investing coaching program for busy professionals across the United States. Wale is a licensed Texas broker, and the coaching, deal analysis, and financing guidance apply to rental property markets nationwide.
Do I need to already be pre-approved?
No. Clarifying your financing is step two of the 5-Step System. We help you understand your buying power, loan options, and cash requirements before you start shopping, and we can point you toward investor-friendly lenders if you need one.
How much money do I need to buy a rental property?
It depends on the market, the property type, and the loan. Many first rental purchases use conventional or house-hacking loans with 5% to 25% down plus closing costs and reserves. On your strategy call we look at your actual numbers and tell you honestly what is realistic.
What types of rental properties can you help me evaluate?
Single-family rentals, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, and small multifamily, including house-hack purchases where you live in one unit. The Buy Box step defines which of these fits your goals, budget, and market.
What if I already own a rental property?
Then you are exactly who the “next rental property” part of the promise is for. Existing investors use the program to tighten their Buy Box, structure better financing, analyze deals faster, and negotiate stronger offers on their next purchase.
How does the 90-day guarantee work?
